There was no hesitation in my part to give them a 5*.  Now my story.  I had an opener installed by a leading box store on an otherwise flawlessly functional 16 year manually operated door.  6 months later, the door one morning decided to be stuck in the opening position.  When I inspected the door,  cable from far side had been unwound from drum. Service call with the warranty department of that box store, brought a technician home to inspect and only to suggest that opener is not faulty but door is.  Tech's suggestion was to replace cables, both drums,  [cables came off because cables and drums are rusted, not that opener wasn't set up properly] re-tention spring etc etc.  I wasn't buying on replacing drums as my eyes couldn't find any rust on them.  Called back box store, but they wouldn't help unless I replace everything what technician suggested or engage them for a fee. [Parts + labor]. Through a referral, I talked to Kevin @MGD.  After hearing my rant, Kevin said restringing the cable would most likely fix the door.  Cables came off most likely because tention on opener wasn't set up correct.  Next day, MGD technician came and within an hour door was repaired.  [I had him replace both cables anyway] Technician also inspected the opener and cleared all previous system faults, adjusted tension on the opener and door was smoothly operational. My family noticed that the door was operating much smoother than earlier. So I am not at all hesitant to give them a 5 star rating nor hesitant to recommend MGD to my friends.  Very hard to find reliable service personnel these days to get any job done. Keep the great service team MGD.
